The LGBTQ+ Boom!

untitled

The recent release of Me Solta by Nego do Borel has provoked many discussions about authenticity, pink money and the latest LGBTQ+ scene. Quebrada Queer, as previously mentioned, are shaking up the hip hop scene. The success of acts such as Pabllo Vittar and Liniker & Os Caramelows has brought the attention of the mainstream, most of it positive, although let’s not forget that Brazil also has some of Latin America’s highest rates of violence against gay and transgender people.
